School for Life in the UK directly fund Scoala Pentru Viata in Romania and provide advice, support and skill sharing opportunities for the Romanian staff to support and develop their work in Siret.

• We currently provide special educational / activity support to 40 young adults, resident in the adult neuro psychiatric hospital. This is at the school facilities in the local town and on the hospital premises.
• We provide supported housing and social / life skill support for ex residents of the neuro psychiatric hospital.
• We provide employment support for ex residents.
• We provide opportunities for developing peer relations, new experiences, inclusion and integration into the local community.
• In the past this special educational and physiotherapy support has been extended to families in the local community to support social inclusion of the hospital residents. The hospital need for providing more educational / activity support has been assessed as more urgent and is where our limited resources are currently focused.
